Attended a wedding of a friend and we had a great stay. I had unfortunately forgotten my make up removal wipes and was THRILLED to see one the room, beside the sink. Thank you so much for that.
Great hotel, very clean and well-maintained. Very helpful and accommodating staff who were all wonderful. Free breakfast was delicious... waffles and strawberries and whipped cream. Yum!
I found the staff upon checking in to be very professional, and friendly. The room that we where "UPGRADED" to for no extra charge was hardly an upgrade. Room was outdated dirty and in need of repair. No proper ventilation in the room so the Jacuzzi tub did not steam up the entire room. One small fan in the bathroom was noisy. Toilet was blocked for most of our stay. We counted 8 different sources of lighting in this small room, and most of which were poorly situated. Overall not my favourite Best Western stay.
The staff was great and welcoming and always smiling, the beds were great! Me and my kids had such a good sleep. The breakfast was awesome!! Had so much to eat and more of a selection that I ever thought they would have. The room cable has a lot of channels I watch at home which was a bonus, good parking close to rooms, has decent pool and hot tub which was good after a long drive. The staff and even maintenance guy was inviting and super friendly, the hotel restaurant food was also good. It was close to all the places I was going the next day, the zoo, the kids fun castle and not to far from Vancouver. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very picky and usually dont give such good reviews for hotels but this one was great I will be coming back for another stay when I am out this way.
Clean comfortable room. Had an amazing sleep, a good free continental breakfast (including scrambled eggs with salsa and shredded cheese to add to them, sausage, etc), and was pretty easy to get to our events from there. Would stay there again if we were in the region. The pool seemed OK and the last hour it's open it's adult only which we liked. The restaurant is on a higher level with a nice patio and we'd love to give it a try. Easy to get to, easy parking, nice staff, affordable.
