Finance Office personnel Monika was excellent, she was very polite, nice and soft spoken. She explained everything to us very well. Overall we are very happy with the car buying experience at Sunrise Toyota.
We came into Sunrise Toyota looking for a new vehicle for my wife. Singh greeted us as we were looking around the lot explained features of the 2018 RAV4 and let us know about the differences between models. He was courteous, polite and did not push us on purchasing a vehicle. He followed up a few days after we had been in and asked how we were doing which was a pleasant surprise as it was not the typical sales call. He even went as far as meeting us on his day off to ensure we were taken care of and got the vehicle we wanted at the right price. Thank you for your expert product knowledge and friendly demeanor! What an amazing buying experience! David Ross was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and made us comfortable in the decision to purchase our Tundra. The only down side was the length of time with financing. 4 hours is a long time to get all the paper work done.Highly recommend Sunrise Toyota to anyone.

Counter staff at service and parts are friendly. Mechanics are incompetent. Can't diagnose a problem unless there is a light on the dash or the computer tells them what's wrong. Front reception lady has an attitude. Sales manager is a real piece of work. Will never return. Took my business to valley Toyota with excellent results. A complete 180 from sunrise.
