Got an oil change done at the Service Center. After having a few sub-standard customer experiences at another Nissan location...I was ready to try Abbotsford Nissan. Kevin and the rest of the team did a fine job in making me feel acknowledged with their upbeat, positive attitudes...they acted professional, no attitude or pretentious air about them. I noticed they did a fine job in explaining what was going on with my car...I walked out of here with clarity instead of guesses. I didnt feel like my questions were ignored or that I was treated like a number. Thanks for your excellent standard in customer service, Nissan Abbotsford. I appreciate it!
Went in and purchased a new vehicle. Sales representative was good but not on time for the appointment that we set up. After my purchase you ask for feedback, and when feedback provided, the sales person called me back to ask why I gave him a low score on the part of whether the sales person was on time. Told him what I gave him exactly and he seemed offended and start to compare his job to mine . Customer service is same across any industry and respecting a customers time and feedback is the best thing a company can do, in order to have another opportunity in the future to overcome any shortcomings. Wish it was more about the customer and not personal feeling for the staff who cannot accept negative feedback. Before this phone call I was a happy customer who provided genuine feedback but now feels that it was just about getting the sale and not building a customer relationship.On other side, service department has always been great. Always helpful and friendly. Makes the customer feel valued. Still love my new vehicle and overall service from the dealership though.
