Absolutely amazing. Above and beyond doesn't even describe the service that we received from Dustin. If you're going to buy a vehicle Dustin is your guy. He spent almost 3 hours with me my wife and kids showing us all the ins-and-outs about our new vehicle.

Quick lane service was bad.. I received a credit. Went to get an oil change and tire rotation today.. they missed the tire rotation and although they say they will do it and give me another credit, cant they just do the service properly from the start? I will go to another dealer after this. The service rep was great but the tech obviously gave no $&@!s. Ps the sales room has got to be the least inviting structure I have ever visited. The entrances are in odd locations. There are stairs in through the front. The designer should be shot. And the big desk at the front reminds me of a big corporate security desk. Time for a Reno guys seriously. And lastly why is there a corvette in the main show room? Get a decked out truck or mustang or something you know perhaps a ford?
My 2018 Shelby was towed to MSA a friday night. I called saturday to aquire a rental they said the rentals are not available after noon and are unavailable to book on sunday. On monday I make a call and they tell me there is a wait list for rentals. Then the next day they tell me I cant get a rental buisness they dont know what the issue is and dont know if its covered by warrenty. Told them the car has 3000km on it, its brand new!! They tell me its going take 10, days latest to look at the vehicle worst case. Sure I get it things get busy; i call few days later now they tell me its going to be 12 days from monday now! Still no rental because they havent seen the issue. Car still sitting on the street a week later.Thank you to ford roadside a week later the car gets towed to a Magnuson Ford in Abbotsford. They promise to look at it the next day (which is a Saturday) and guarantee me a rental on the next business day, without even looking at the car!! They tell me I cant get a rental the day of because theres an air show in abbotsford and rentals are swamped. Sweet Ill go check out the airshow! Who spends a 100k at a dealership then doesnt get a rental when their car breaks down after 3 months? ME. Who doesnt want to help or care about ford cosumers; MSA FORD IN ABBOTSFORD. Came in to get an opinion on how to fix my headlights that had burned out - both at the same time and they are HID lights. I replaced the one bulb this morning but it still wasn't working. I asked if there was a way to get them back to factory lights and Jamie came outside from behind the counter to check it out. He was out there for a while and when he couldn't figure out why the new bulb wasn't working, he got Gary the mechanic to look as well. They both spent their own time trying to help me out. We decided to leave my vehicle there and at some point in the day, Gary could possibly check it out. Got a call within 2hrs and he fixed it! Even took out the crappy HID lights and back to factory bulbs. Both of the guys went out of their way to come out to the parking lot to help me out and fixed the issue in no time. Dealerships always get a bad reputation with fixing anything mechanical (because of the prices) but you know it will get done right and efficiently. Thanks again guys! People, stick with your regular factory bulbs and don't get HID's. Too much of a hassle haha
