WARNING!!!Be cautious when buying from Abbotsford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd.They promised us a bank rate of 1.99% with a 6 year contract.Instead we got a 4.99% with 7 years.I stopped going for their oil changes as well.Everytime I went I spent hundreds on oil changes They also lied about the coverage. We were promised bumper to bumper coverage. But when our front light was foggy and needed changed, they said we were not covered and had to pay about $1000.00.The Dodge caravan 2013 needs their brakes changed every 50k km and this costs $900.00They are not an honest dealership. I do not recommend Abbotsford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd.
The first time my Jeep went in was awesome! Everything was communicated and handled efficiently. This time, however, was a complete joke. I was told I would get a call regarding the status of my vehicle - NOPE. So when I called in, I was told the problem (great), warranty would cover it (perfect!), but that I won't get my vehicle until TUESDAY when I brought it in THURSDAY. I totally understand when they are a busy shop, but there was NOT an offer of a replacement vehicle and I had to call in AGAIN regarding the rental vehicle I am entitled to only to find out that I couldn't do that either because I do not own a credit card. Above and beyond? I don't think so...
After a couple bad experiences at another dealership, Abbotsford Chrysler's service department was like a breath of fresh air. Making the appointment was quick & easy, the writers and the technicians took our vehicle in & got it diagnosed seemingly effortlessly. We were told the parts were ordered and to come back in the same time tomorrow to install them.We showed up the next day at the same time. Our vehicle was taken in and both parts were installed in just over an hour.Overall, the building was modern and very well maintained. The waiting area was comfortable and efficient, with easily accessible electrical outlets for a quick charge, a very new and easy to use coffee maker & filtered water system. A large screen tv is mounted on the wall.The staff are all super friendly! They were amazing with our toddler, who has serious volume control issues, so the fact that the staff (namely, Ashley in the service department) were so awesome with her is a huge bonus in our books.
Matt Shirlaw and his team went above and beyond to help my family. Great, easy going experience every step of the way. I highly recommend.
Great place. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Knowledgeable and skilled staff. I never felt pressured at any point and every stage of my purchase was seamless. My salesperson was accommodating and attentive. Will look into further purchases here in the future.
