In and out really quick and the pick up had a working key fob and the hitch receiver had a 2 inch Ball. Great rates and way out there for a location.
I have dealt with this location since 1991 and have found little to complain about, and if I did have any they were dealt with quickly, professionally and to my absolute satisfaction.
Went into today for moving boxes, the lady helping me and my cousin was super friendly, nice and personable! She gave 5 star customer service to us! We left with our boxes and if needed will be back for more! Thanks girl.
I came to the store and i ask a lady name *shayan* for help to assist me with some inquiries that i have as i approach to ask her for the prices to rent a storage for more than 6 months her answer gor my inquiries was " you can look up yourself the prices on the board and calculate the amount to myself" i believe these is not a good customer service! Her service to the customers is zero tolerance and such a bad customer service because of these types of customer service and personalities company's loose a lot of customers and money as well i definitely do not recommend these store! Thank you
