Very rude staff. Harjot at the front desk was extremely rude and gave attitude the entire time. Her behaviour was disgusting. Go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. Be aware too, she will try to scam you into a smaller unit even though you've paid for a certain size. Emailed the manager a complaint and he did respond but I doubt anything will be done. It's clear from all the bad reviews regarding rude staff. Hmm... I wonder who they got at the desk.
I am very happy with the customer service they provide me by Kiran very friendly, patience to answer all my inquiries and fill me in with lots of information SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i totally recommend this place after i booked my storage and GUVE ME A FREE TRUCK to move my stuffs in to there for FREE Thank you! Seemed ok but poor access. I was pulling stuff out for a friend and it congested at the doors.
Scored a sizable storage unit right near the entrance on the first floor and it was amazingly convenient. Friendly staff, very clean and well cared for facility, I felt my property was dry, safe and secure and will absolutely use them again when I need future storage.Rates were fair and employees professional.
Looked at allot of storage facilities units and to be honest most were not well kept or just too over priced. I came across Trans canada and was pleased to say within 5 mins I was sold. I personally got a 5x10x9H and love it. Kiran ran everything by me clear as day and I couldent be happier!
