I loved ritual spa. The staff at ritual spa are super helpful and were deeply caring. I went here for a massage with karam. she cares so deeply for her client comfort, relaxation, and happiness. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I will be sure to come back next time.
Spa atmosphere and friendly staff but only an express nail bar experience Did not receive most basic nail care and the polish was very sloppily applied. My tech used the callus remover on areas of my foot where calluses arent found and took the skin off the side/top of my foot. Laceration that took several days to heal.
Love coming to Ritual Spa. The ladies are very professional & friendly. They provide excellent services & reasonable prices. Father-daughter dates start here too!
seriously, don't waste your time. Your beautiful without their services. I will never go here again, i just went and got my eyebrows waxed and all the skin under my brows got torn off. Its quite painful and will likely take quite a few days to heal. I should have gone back in for a refund. This has not been my first bad experience, every time i have gone in, they have made comments about me to make me self conscious / insecure to try to get me to purchase more of their services. "You should really get your face threaded, you have a lot of facial hair. you should really have us tint your brows, they are so light." etc . There are classier places that are cheaper, dont bother coming here.
My husband booked Ritual Spa for my birthday. We both had a manicure, pedicure, and facial. The service was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The facility is clean and they use all new products for the pedicure so you know you're not going to contract something due to something not being cleaned properly. I will definitely be back again.
