Called for information regarding tattoo removal. The reception didnt know the answers to my question, so I asked if the laser tech could call me back or she get the answer to call me back. She seemed annoyed. I live in another town so wanted an answer prior to making an appointment to avoid wasting time. Never received a call back. I guess they see new clients as unimportant. So rude.
