Friendly atmosphere. Great staff. I recommend this gym. Less busy in the morning. After 18h, it's so busy. I can't even get a parking spot.
Worst customer service ever! Booked the initial mandatory training session and the staff member didn't bother to show up or contact me. I rebooked at the only available time as I was required to book with the same person that stood me up. It was not a time that was convenient for me but I wanted to get it done and she was leaving on holidays. Showed up at the new time and i was told she was already on vacation!!! There was never anyone else to take her place so i literally never got the training. The person at the front told me to "just forget about it". Forget the training session or the fact that I drove from Langley to Abbotsford early in the morning on my day off to be stood up a second time?I finally had the time to stop in and cancel my membership but even that was a struggle. I was told i should send an email to cancel as no one was available to process it, when i was told previously that it had to be done in person. I demanded that it be done then and there and miraculously they were all of a sudden able to do it.While the gym itself is good, the people are not. So glad to be free of this place!
Went in to sign up for membership. Front desk customer rep was nice but the team member(Olivia) responsible for bringing new members onboard did not show up even after calling her three times over the PA system. Administration, please look into this problem. Serious problem in sales.Wait time: 30 mins.
I have to give this place a 5 star rating. They have been excellent in working out the contract kinks for my fianc who at her last gym had received poor service. Abbotsford staff have been going above and beyond to assist both my fianc and I. The gym is clean and spacious. And have I mentioned the staff have been amazing ? Lol I feel welcomed here and appreciated. Thanks guys !
The staff at Club 16 Abbotsford this well-versed in all the machines and free weights they are very helpful and always happy to help especially Khadeejah. She always has a smile on her face and is always friendly when she greets me. happy I signed up at this gym. Jamin Gowliuk
