Helpful staff, good equipment. Could use a bigger stretching area. Really enjoy the classes!
As a long time member, I can't say enough about how great Fitness World is. I love going to the Abbotsford club, great atmosphere and staff. I also recommend their personal Trainers, time and money well spent!
Used to come here all the time until I moved to Langley. I started going to the Langley location and what a difference... Abby SN is soooo much better. even after not going to the abby location for almost a year, they still recognize me when I come in! Well deserved 5 star rating.
The staff here are great! I signed up for the 7 day trial which includes 1 free session with a personal trainer. I saw her today. She was super knowledgeable and very friendly and encouraging! I look forward to checking out one of her classes! (Group classes are included in membership)
The manager at this location is so unapproachable, rude, and not friendly at all. She does not try to create any connections with customers and just sits in her office. The front desk employees are always friendly, I feel for them; having to work under such an unfriendly person. Also they never have any merchandise that you can redeem with your rewards and when I asked when the shipment would come in I was told by a trainer, its just free stuff, why do you need it. To top it all off, anytime Steve Nash called me, and I were to miss the call they would repeatedly call, making me feel harassed; ever heard of leaving a voicemail? This location is always overcrowded and too many unfocused people there. Due to all this I was forced to cancel my membership and find a different gym. DONT GO THERE!!!
