Love working out at 9 Rounds Abbotsford. Its the most fun I have ever had working out. Look forward to going, and most of all a great work out in 30 minutes. The staff are awesome!
I have been going to 9Round Sumas since the day it opened. I can't get enough of this amazing 30 min workout... and the trainers there are so encouraging. They don't miss a beat when it comes to showing you proper form and motivation. 9Round truly feels like a fitness family when you're there. The bonus is that I have seen results not only in my body, but my overall mental health in just over 3 short months! Thank you for existing 9Round!!
Encouraging trainers. Only half hour making it easier to fit into a busy day. Fun exercise that is never dull with it changing all the time. Love the heart rate monitor and email for the workout summary too!
Amazing location. Only been a week and already feel apart of the family. Always a great work out. Very knowledgeable staff whom are willing to push and teach you at every chance. Looking for a change or something new.....give 9 rounds a shot! You wont be disappointed.Updated: Still love this place. Signed up for a year term.
