Honest people who saved me big money and told me I did not need to spend $1500 to fix my car like the last place did. Glad I went here for a second opinion. Highly recommend these guys, even to my mom.
Always a pleasure to bring our vehicles here. Frank and Dave are friendly and funny and I love the fact i have a great repore with them. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here for great fast friendly service and drive away with a safe vehicle.
Old fashioned service. I do a lot of my own service and repair but some jobs are too big for the driveway. I took my truck to Gerrys and dealt with Frank in service. I wont call my repair inexpensive as it was a big job but their shop rate is lower than many others and the work was done as stated on time and right on the quote. A minor follow-up was required shortly after and it was looked after right away at no further expense. I have been around cars my whole life even working in auto businesses. I will say that this is a solid repair shop with values that have become rare these days. No up sells or safety intimidation here. I overheard while I waited; other discussions at the counter and everyone, male, female, young or old was treated with honesty and respect in my opinion. I have referred this shop to relatives and I can say that while there was ample opportunity there to oversell due to the age of the vehicle, Gerrys did not take advantage. They got the old car running as requested and nothing more.
Once again, Gerry's came through for us. Although we've taken good care of it since new, our 17-year-old van gets into Gerry's about once a year or so these days. This Saturday, we needed something fixed right away. Called when they opened, no appointment, and it was fixed by 1:30 that afternoon. $100.00 cheaper than the dealership. Parts had the same warranty. We just keep going back to Gerry's because of the great service.
My husband can count on these guys. Honest and accommodating. Not one complaint
