I broke down on the side of the freeway. I called a tow, but all of the shops were closed so they stored it overnight, and were planning to tow it to Cromptons the next morning. Only it didnt end up at the shop until the following afternoon. Ben from Cromptons was so helpful. He stayed in communication with me throughout the day once we realized the tow company was taking a long time to get my car there. After it was fixed and I drove all the way back from the Okanagan to pick it up, it was a great surprise to find that my car had been cleaned! Amazing service and a very affordable price. Dont think twice before hiring these guys!
My check engine light on my Terrain popped on and brought it to Crompton and they looked at it right away and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost and time.Very impressed with their service!
Took my truck in here for the first time yesterday, dropped it off the night before and i got a call 10 minutes after they opened in the morning confirming that they would get a chance to have a look at my truck. Got a call a few hours later that it was done , washed vacuumed and ready to be picked up, all fixed up and at an incredibly reasonable price. The level of customer service was top notch. Ben was incredible. We will be customers of yours for all three of our vehicles from now on! Can't say enough good things.
We brought our new Mercedes Sprinter RV (2018 Navion) into Cromptons to upgrade the front & rear suspension. During the installation, they discovered and corrected a serious alignment issue! We immediately noticed a huge improvement in ride and stability. I highly recommend their high quality work, quickly and efficiently completed at a reasonable price. We will be bringing our RV back to Cromptons for routine maintenance and servicing.
I brought my car in a hurry on a Thursday evening, as my boss recommended the place.The repair on my car was done the next day by 2pm. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave work early enough, and got there a few minutes after they should have closed. They had been kind enough to wait for me, and everyone was very cordial and kind, even though I was late.The repair was very affordable, and less expensive than it would have been elsewhere. They never tried to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young woman, as I've seen so many other auto repair shops do, and they thoroughly explained to me what happened to my car, and what repairs they did (they did call me before undertaking any repair, which I appreciate).The car was returned to me washed inside and out, and they took a test drive on it to make sure everything else was fine.I have to drive across Canada in a few weeks, and I will definitely bring them my car for one last check before I leave!I can't recommend them enough.
