Honest service. Always so helpful with scheduling. They warranty their work!
They offer a shuttle service but used our car to pick us up! They also charged us more than we were quoted, which is more than the dealership charges, so whats the point in going here? Were just going back to the dealership next time. Hopefully at least the work they did was good, but time will tell.
Thanks for the great work! We are visiting family in Abbotsford and I needed to have a repair completed. Work was done quickly. They provided information via email through the process. I had an issue with my electrical system. I was from out of town and had the problem occur while driving through Abbotsford. I called and spoke to Doug and once I had been towed to their location they had a new alternator installed within 45 minutes. They were courteous and professional. The shop was clean, well organized and busy. All good signs when you are dealing with automotive businesses. They did charge me $49.95 for an electrical service test which I felt they could have waived given that they replaced my alternator. I didn't dispute the charge and didn't even ask about it simply because I was quite happy that they had very quickly solved my problem and got me on the way again. Another reason is that Doug told me that the alternator had a 3 year warranty so if I have issues with it I will be able to have it dealt with by them again. All in all it was a positive experience to deal with Doug and his technicians and I would utilize their services again in similar circumstances.
