We had the Spiced Calamari and Caesars at Happy Hour today. Our Caesars were ordered extra spicy, and came out perfect! The Spiced Calamari was by far the best calamari I've had in a long while. Great patio decor. Large TV screens, if you want to catch a game on there. Humorous signs for the Men's and Ladies washrooms.
This Bar/Restaurant has the emphasis on the 'Bar'. We were tired and it was within walking distance of our hotel, so it seemed OK. When we arrived, our ears were assaulted by the waaay too loud music. We asked to be seated away from the bar and were seated in a dining room where we were almost by ourselves. We tried to discuss the menu choices, but were unable to hear each other. I asked that the music be turned down. Since it was live, they were unable to accommodate us to the level at which we could hear one another. After getting a headache from the wall of pounding sound, we left, probably within 10-minutes of being seated. We didn't find the food choices on the menu appealing, and were not impressed with the staff. We did not eat. This review is to serve as a caution to travelers who may not like the atmosphere here.
We were there last night for dinner and had one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. But then after we ate and were finishing up our drinks a big RAT ran across the floor in the middle of the pub and under a booth where this other couple were sitting!!! The guy looked at me and said "did you see that RAT!!" And to top it off when I told the waitress she said "I don't think I believe you". Why would I lie I've never been there before. And also charged us full price for our bill (which is whatever) and didn't seem to care. Won't be eating there again. Too bad as the burger was so good.
Great food great prices and excellent services. I only gave 4 stars because they gave my man a salad instead of fried with his burger after he specified he wanted fries. Other then that everything was fantastic.
Calamari and wings are really good. Service is slow to start but once they know you're there it's quick. Music videos playing are dope. Overall pretty cool place for a drink and a snack
