I only had decent service when I walked in. If I phoned, even when time critical, I never had a reply. I let that go one time only. I gave them every chance. I called back more than once and had to give them all the details a second time. I got more promises of 'we'll get back to you'.The longer it takes to finalize a flight the more you'll pay as it's sooner the better.I don't recommend this establishment.
