Efficient, quick, and cost-effective. They helped me book flights, found numerous options for travel and day trips, and accommodated, with patience, my annoying hesitation and nervousness about booking. Put down a deposit. 3 days after deposits were due they change the flight. What does that tell you? Oh right, they wanted everyones money before changing things. They then blame Westjet. Well, I'm not booking with Westjet, I'm booking with them. They don't change the price and they offer to split up the group as a show of good faith. Umm, yeah no.All of this tells me that they only care about one thing: $$$. They're super nice and accomadating up until they get your deposit, then they throw the T&C at you as if it's your fault for not reading properly.I've always worked with Flight Centre. In the future I'll take the slightly higher price for better customer service. This is not worth it. AT ALL.
I would recommend Kielah to anyone for any kind of trip. Her attention to detail ,having all the answers , just the total professional package . I know when I call her I don't have to worry about a thing!
