One of the staff members at Mikes, Galen Wood looked at my computer that had been broken for months and managed to fix it within a day. I had gone over internet forums about the problem but to no avail. However, after Galen handled it, the computer ran like new after only a few hours of working on it. Not only did he fix the problems and get it running perfectly again, he made sure to go over the issues with me to show me how to fix it if it were to happen again in the future. Overall, Galen did an amazing job and I definitely know who I'm asking for if I ever need computer repair in the future!
I had problems with my shipping address, since it is not the same as my billing address for my credit card. Morgan P explained the policy calmly to me (even though the policy is extremely annoying). Since I don't want to give out all of my personal information to my credit card company, we determined my only other option is store pickup. Then he assisted me with getting the best video card for my current needs and my current computer. His knowledge in this area was very good and his passion showed through, so it ended on a good note.
