This is a great place for sewing supplies. There's lots of drapery and quilting fabrics as well. The selection of knit fabrics hasn't been great. I'm often wanting 95/5 to 90/10 cotton spandex. A membership is usually required for discounts and sales, but it's not an expensive one.
Unhelpful snobby staff. I've been there a handful of times and leave irritated. Not friendly at all. Not understanding of kids. I was there holding a heavy roll to be cut whilst pushing and stroller and making sure my five year old is beside me and none of them offered to help me. Get some fresher staff who is willing to walk you to a fabric you are looking for and who gives a friendly smile!
Very rude staff. They were not willing to help and didnt care if you were satisfied. Most of the most staff looked very unhappy to be working there
If I could rate a 0 I would. I was appalled at the behaviour of the staff at this location. While waiting for my mother to finish her shopping I overheard two staff members making jokes about her. When they realize we were together they stopped. Once my mother left the store I approach the ladies and suggested they not speak about their customers, especially while they were in the store. They only looked sheepish and said "yes, ok" but not even an apology. You should be ashamed.
We felt very welcome from the time we found our way into this franchise until the moment we (reluctantly) left. The assortment of special occasion and standby fabrics was varied, including price points. All employees were helpful and acted like each customer were family, whether there on a mission or to browse, whether seasoned or new at sewing or crafting, whether young or experienced. Thank you!
