I found that the service was deceptive, while they were kind, they would say anything to get the sale. I highly recommend buying jewelry elsewhere. When I went to buy a nose ring, I was unsure on whether it would fit because it was so small, I asked abut the return policy and the sales associate assured me that it would be no problem if I returned it if it didn't fit. I bought it and tried on the piercing that night and turns out, it was too small.I returned the next day and let them know I wanted a refund. A different associate was working and they told me that they actually don't accept returns but could exchange it for a bigger ring. Even though I was told differently, I agreed to make an exchange and the associate took my name and number. It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for a call, I did more research on the refund policy and they don't even accept exchanges with the exception of defective jewelry. While I understand the policy, I think it was very unprofessional that both staff members lied about policies to get a sale. Or if they just don't know, I suggest better training for the Bodymod kiosk in Sevenoaks Mall.
Went and bought some earrings for my nephew there and Cherry was absolutely amazing!! Helpful and Knowledgeable will totally be back :)
Kaite gave me loose jewelry that would have fallen out if I didn't check. Had to come back because nose ring was too big told me to bend with scissors, ended up breaking it. Had to come back again, didn't have what I wanted and wouldn't give me a refund. Repeat monthly customer of 4 years, will never be going back. And the gem fell out 2 weeks later.
