They really dont know what they are doing..Day insurance took 35 minutes after phoning Icbc and learning how.. then after that getting it wrong ..Lost my future business ..Ps I was the only one in there ..

I should have read the reviews before going. I just wanted to simple change my bank account for my insurance and they didn't even know how to ? please avoid this insurance place, I could only imagine what else they are doing wrong with peoples policies
