I had a blockage in my ear. I knew I did. I came to get irrigated and the person spent maybe 2 minutes on my ear. He told me there was no blockage whatsoever although I could not hear out of my ear. Two days later I had it done again and they found a blockage at another clinic. I paid $100 for someone to not care and not even looking in my ear after the irrigated to find a problem. I feel cheated
Dr Douglas is a GREAT doctor! Oh yeah. I went in and told him about long term pain. He wrote me out a script 4 pain meds no prob!!! Most docs these days wont write pain med scripts and just say take Tylenol but not dr Doug!!! I love this guy! He rocks. He is 2 the point and interested in solving health problems as quick as possible. Ignore all the negative reviews because those peeps r just whiners!!!
Worst doctors and staff I've ever seen. Barely speak English and rushed me out. Came in about pain in my bicep from lifting a heavy object. Doctor said it was nothing and sent me to get a x ray. Pain got worse so I went to the hospital. 4 days later I got my bicep tendon fixed in surgery. Never go here.
My experience today at the walk in clinic was not a positive one. I saw Dr. Douglas who made me feel unheard, and interrupted me several times while trying to explain my symptoms and history of my infection. I left feeling upset and went to another walk in clinic.
I like this clinic for several reasons. They have the days and hours that fit my family needs, the location is convenient, the staff are nice and helpful and my family love Dr. Fourie. However, I have to write this review with regards to Dr. Douglas. Im still shaking while writing this review and I am still appalled of how rude and mean he was. He didn't even say hi or hello or even introduce himself. I was just asking for a simple referral to see another ENT for second opinion. Before they remove my 7 year old daughter's tonsils and adenoids, i want to hear another opinion and he judged me as being picky and he said doctors dont like to see people like me who jumps around seeing many doctors. I said its my right to see a doctor that i feel safe and comfortable. When it comes to safety of my children I have the right to choose which doctor will do surgery on my kids. Before I left I asked for his name because I want to make sure not to see him again! Though the receptionist is nice and helpful, I told her Dr Douglas is rude and has no manners at all. I dont recommend him.
