I find Abby's Flowers Plus to be very professional, she cares about her clients needs and has them met whenever asked. I would not consider anyone else for my flower needs. The arrangements I have received from Abby's Flowers Plus are always above and beyond the cost paid for. She is pleasant towards walk-in and phone calls for specific arrangements, for being such a busy Flower shop. I was very impressed.
Worse delivery service ever!!!!! They failed to deliver the ordered flowers to my elderly mother on Mother's Day and then I think I'll give them a second chance to deliver flowers to my mother on a very important date and they screwed up again! Failing to call before hand as asked and confirmed they would, failing to deliver in the morning as requested and then when they finally did deliver later in the day they left them sitting in the HOT sun at her front door with out notifying her. DISAPPOINTED beyond belief.
