Not sure if CIBC is trying toMake all the banks like this but it is very inconvienent. When I go to a bank I want more than online banking . Virtually useless location
As a business customer, initially this location was fantastic. The account manager was great. That is of course until I started having issues with them. They closed my business accounts, with no explanation. I have other relationship with CIBC and they don't even know what is going on. Strongly recommend staying away from the CIBC Sumas Location.
This is no longer a bank in the traditional sense. It is a room full of ATMs located in a place that is very inconvenient to get in and out of. I don't really know what this "bank" has to offer that cannot be found at your local Petro-Can gas station money dispenser.UPDATE: I will give credit where credit is due. Although this bank is located in a completly ridiculous place and its not really a "bank" in any sense, I will say that the new bank machines are awesome. Obviously the master plan of eliminating human beings from this bank was well thought out. The bank machines now accept cash with no envelopes, they count it AND checks for you AND the cash is credited instantly to your account. For this reason I will move the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
Useless location. Staff have lousy service and their attitudes are worse
