This is the ONE place I trust from now on with our animals! The Vet and staff here truly care about their patients, and do NOT make money their main focus. This is very refreshing, and I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for your help! Without your care and consideration, our pet would have surely passed well before his time. DO NOT GO.ZERO STARSMy cat was brought here(17sept18) by an amazing human who found him in distress. They did not assess and released him to me saying "he was fine, he was just up eating and drinking water." HE COULD NOT WALK. I asked if he was drugged, they said no. I stood there telling the receptionist something was wrong and she insisted he was okay. Trusting them i took him home. Took him to another vet. His right femur was SHATTERED. His left leg was fractured. The released him into my care with no assessment on a visibly distressed cat. I repeat, DO NOT GO!
Terrible animal hospital, deserves to be shut down! I repeat do not bring your animal here!!
Absolutely terrible place. Please please please do not trust these people with the health and good care of your animals. One recent case of animal cruelty towards an injured animal has shown me that they cannot be trusted to properly asses and take care of someone's pet. Their staff are not properly trained and do not have what it takes when it comes to emergency situations.
Have been buying prescription pet food from here for a few months. Recently I called to reserve a bag - the receptionist had put it on hold for me. When going to pick it up, they had sold it already. I guess putting things on hold is requires a group of staff that is more dependable than those of Glen Mountain Animal Hospital. Do not rely on these folks for anything. I literally have never written a review before, but these people put our pet's well-being on the line.
