We had a good experience during Monster truck madness. The couple different vendors we went to was able to sort through the line pretty fast, and the kitchen had pretty fast service too. Only complaint would be one of the canned beverages purchased was warm / room temperature.
Well designed arena with good seats even at the back. I have been to more than four concerts here and they have all been great!
I dont think I would ever go to this venue again. They do not understand how to run anything! Beer line ups were almost an hour. Food line ups were 30 min to order then another 30 min to wait! Absolutely ridiculous! No comprehension of efficiency what so ever. Thats not the worst part. Leaving the parking lot took about 40 min. Then by the time we got on the highway it was 1 hr. Poorly poorly mismanaged!
Just went to a concert here Tuesday August 21st. We saw, The Cult, & Bush, & Stone Temple Pilots......The concert was great, the sound was good, and the staff there were very helpful, and very nice. At one point during the concert, myself & both of the friends I was with, had all left our seating @ the same time. The Lady working our section (a volunteer) noticed that I had left my Jacket and my newly purchased Cult T-shirt behind on the back of my chair. Although we were only gone to the restroom, (for about 10mn)she took my stuff to Guest Services. Upon my return, she told me b4 I had even reached my seat, and then proceeded to walk me there! It was very nice of her to make sure my belongings didn't end up in someone else's hands! As for the building itself, the washrooms were clean and well kept, with staff working in the washrooms on & off all night. The line-ups for booze & food were served at a fast pace, so waiting was not long @ all. Great Venue in my eyes, keep up the good work :)
I love this place. Always fantastic to see a local show. I've seen a lot of shows at this venue. The most recent was stone sour and hailstorm. It is a great place. Easily navigated to find your way around. Great view from seats and the floor. As long as I'm interested in seeing who's playing here I'll return.
