Julia was very helpful. I actually talked to her on the phone before coming in. I was interested in orthotics. she was able to find ones off the rack that worked well so that even with the runners I bought i saved about $400. She was very friendly and informative
4 Months ago i had Andrea filled a prescription for a set of orthotics. I used to use the drug store fitted ones, but had trouble: particularly in my left ankle. After looking at my feet, ankles and the structure of my walking on the treadmill she made up a set of insoles. My ankle after 4 months is 20% of the size it was on the day i went into the store. The pain in the bottom of my foot has dissipated, the ankle no longer is swollen up each morning, or daytime. I sleep better as the pain has been reduced to almost nothing. I had a problem with the materials not bonding, on one insole or should i say staying bonded after the insoles were used daily on treadmills for 2.5 miles of thrashing around. Plus another 12 hours of me and my little 225 lb body beating them to death. I must say i am truly amazed at the results of the insoles and the service i have received. Andrea is on top of her game, and cares about the results good or bad. They truly do look after their product, know the product, and leave a person feeling good about walking, running or stumbling along. thanks for the assistance, truly appreciate all that you have done for me, no pain no gain in reverse.
Overall great experience. Excellent customer service, Andrea (Podiatrist) was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Very pleased with my purchase and the quality of my orthotics.It is rather pricey, so that brings down my rating a bit.
Absolutely amazing service and didn't let me leave until I had all the information I needed and then some! They guaranteed that I was satisfied with everything before I left the store and were incredibly kind. I recommend this place to anyone!
