The one positive thing I can say about this location specifically, and Canada Post in general, is that it reminds me to be thankful. I'm very thankful that the poor customer service and backwards systems employed by this archaic system are leading to it's slow, yet inevitable demise. Unsmiling, uncaring employees and usurious pricing are not the way to buttress your failing business. For too long Canada Post and partner locations like this have held the opinion that they can be horrible, and it doesn't matter because the customer has no option. I'm so grateful for email, Purolator, and other choices. If at all possible, avoid.
