Great store, staff is friendly. The owner is a nice guy and the prices are good. The staff has a better level of knowledge than most pet stores, they obviously arent experts at everything, so make sure you do your own research when it comes to purchasing a live animal, they can give you advice and opinions but at the end of the day, it is up to you, to make sure you know how to properly care for an animal before purchasing it. Will definitely continue shopping here.
Cute shop! Not sure how I feel about the dogs being sold, wish you guys sold Oxbow brand for small animals, and larger bags of hay, Employees should be trained more about fish health. Over heard a customer asking why her Bettas fins were stuck together, employee said it happens to older fish, Fin clamp happens to Bettas when the water is not properly de chlorinated or not cleaned enough. It can be somewhat treated with an anti bacterial drop, but not 100% treatable.
Very great place. I come here because of customer service and due to be in the aquarium hobby they have the stuff a franchise won't have. I will continue to support this place fantastic prices and great quality of stuff. I recommend this place for everyone .
Great store with a mainly healthy amount of pets. I'd recommend getting a vet checkup on any animal you purchase here though. The owner and the people who work there are very nice and appreciative.
