Careful of the 'Nonos.' Otherwise a good park.
Large fenced in off-leash area right off Bateman (just before Wright Street). A little muddy when it rains. (OK - a lot muddy! Be prepared to give your pooch a bath when you get home. ) No clean water for dogs - make sure to bring your own. Otherwise, there is lots of space to run around. PLUS there is a great wooded trail to wander if your doggie is obedient and friendly off-leash.
This is a nice park. Has a playground uphill for the kids, right near the bathrooms. There's a fenced off area for dogs to run off leach, which has picnic tables. There's trails to walk. A charming creek. Lots of parking. But this is Abbotsford. Be smart, and lock that car, and hide any valuables while visiting any park here. :)
