My wife is allergic to pork. She orders her pizza specifically without pork. This is the third time Ricardos has made her pizza with bacon when she specifically asks for no pork. When talking to manager they apologize but say no pork was requested. This is false because the allergy is so severe we end up at emergency with airway obstructions. We will not order from here again
July 14th 2018.This is a follow up to the previous review. Thought we'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. Truthfully they have dropped their standards or changed their ingredients to the point it is so overly salty. I would say it was our go to place... Now we won't go again. It's too bad as they used to be really good!Normally our go to Pizza joint but you are only as popular as your last review. This Sunday I am not sure if they changed recipes or changed suppliers but the quality was not the same. It was weird because we ordered 3 pies and all 3 were sub par and after eating one slice it was not appetizing. Like I was suggesting, something was different. Its too bad. Maybe give them one more shot, but if it is the same, it will be our last time.In response to the owners response. No we did not call. We live out by the airport so with hungry kids we typically do not get to exercise too much patience in waiting for food. Plus truthfully do not typically complain. In this case there was just something totally different that was worth mentioning. I guess we could of called but that was about 1.5 hours later and well the damage was done.

Overall the pizza scene in the area is not very good but this spot had decent reviews so I tried it.Frozen Pizza > Ricardo's PizzaLow Quality Cheese.Low Quality Meat. Fairly greasy for what it is.I ordered two pies.both are no good.if you like the medium-low end pizza in the area than you may like this spot but overall, it's no good.
Wish I could give half a star. Ordered bbq ribs and baked lasagna with extra cheese and sauce, chicken caesar salad, side rack of ribs and 6 thai chicken wings at 6:14 and was told that it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. Food did not arrive until almost 7:30. When I called to find out where our food was I was told that it was almost here not once but twice and that they didnt have enough staff on to deal with the clientele they had. They did give me 20% off BUT we did not receive the side rack of ribs. We will not be ordering from them again
