Amazing Customer Service! Back Story - We had our lock fixed by Abby Locksmith over 2 1/2 years ago. Abby Locks did the repair with a lock unit which was bought by us from another store (so they do not need to cover the unit if it breaks). This morning the lock handle broke off and Dan at Abby Locksmith walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Dan could have easily sent a locksmith out here, but instead assisted me over the phone, at NO additional charge! Now that is what I call excellent Customer Service. THANK YOU!

I've lived in Abbotsford 23 years and have used Abby Locks consistently. When I became president of my Strata Council, using Abby Locks became a business venture. We purchased a fob entry system from them and were impressed with the service at install and continuing service three years hence. Abby has helped us with locks (of course), doors, our uninterrupted Power source and I have always found their service people to be knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.
