The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Take a great deal of care with my garments and try to get stains out if possible. Wow!! What a lady! So stressed out when doing MY OWN laundry. We recently had to switch to use a laundromat and the place we usually used was closed so we used this one twice. Never again. I can see why some people may like it but she was too in our face telling us how to do our laundry. 3-4 pods for a big load, WHAT? My dad would drop dead of a heart attack to hear that. On a front load washer you need no more than one pod, for liquid detergent you don't even need the capful it tells you to use! She was constantly hovering us, watching us and telling us what to do. I've been doing laundry for 20 years and it always comes out clean. Thanks.
