Store is very well kept, staff is helpful. But my issue with this company is the have a zero return or replacement policy. All sales are final. Which means this company doesn't believe in the products quality or customer satisfaction. I bought an umbrella 4 days ago and is now falling apart after using it twice. I didn't use it in extreme weather, it wasn't windy, there is no valid reason it should be falling apart except for a poorly manufactured product. The company has no problem accepting money for it but is unwilling to backup. If a company does not stand behind their quality of product; as a consumer you should be concerned. If you go to their store you will notice they market there products as high quality about 100+ times. If you market that to your clientele your expectation as a customer changes. If dollar stores stand behind there products there is no reason miniso should not either.
Very awesome aesthetic and the products are pretty good quality for the price. The prices really can't be beat. I paid 25 bucks for a really nice Bluetooth speaker. Staff were helpful and friendly. The reason I give it 3 stars is because it's final sale. Unless the product has an obvious defect when you open it you can't return it. If it has a defect they just replace it. This really undermines any trust in the product or company, and as soon as I left the store I had buyer's remorse wondering if I was going to regret it.

Amazing experience. Love the new store in seven oaks mall. The staff is spectacular. Rachel helped me find a lot of products and I was very impressed by her product knowledge. I went there to buy a single product for $4 ended up purchasing products for $60. Anything you need, you can find it there. Products are inexpensive and of good quality. Very useful stuff. And the staff is very friendly. I would be back there again.
Very clean, nice atmosphere and a good variety of things. The products are very affordable, great quality for the price and always very nicely designed. I bought $4 earphones from them which I've had no problems with and sound better than a lot of $15-$30 earphones like the apple earpods. Only negatives is the no-returns policy and that they only had one of the two tills open when it was quite busy.
