Riddle Furniture was very helpful when I was shopping around for a loft. They thoroughly answered all the questions I had. Once we received the loft, it was easy to put together and very sturdy. It is also one of the only mid-sized lofts I could find. My daughter is happy with her new bed.

Manufacturing quality is poor and holes don't line up. Assembly instructions are horrible. Off the shelf designs can be assembled with some effort, but custom dresser I ordered could not be assembled at all as drawers would not fit in cabinet. After many hours of phone calls I eventually gave up, threw it out and bought something else.

Only trust the reviews that tell you these bunks are terrible.Do not buy any bunk beds from this company. The holes do not line up, and trust me they are a nightmare to put together.They will promise you that this is not the case, trust me go to YouTube Andy Commons Canada and see my video on (Not Good Bunks). I show you the problems we have been having for a couple of years now and are still not resolved. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.......
