I cannot thank Jake for being so compassionate to our family. He was so helpful with everything we needed . The burden of a funeral was off our shoulders with Jake .. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us .. Some of the things we wanted were considerably cheaper at Wiebe and Jeske. I would highly recommend them to anyone .. They made dealing with our loss so much easier helping us with arrangements

Very pleased with the honest upfront suggestions in regards to arrangements for Mom and Dad. Caring staff that understand the grief a family feels does not mean there is a need to spend money unnecessarily. Price ranges for all with no judgement on decisions within a families means. Couldn't be happier with the care andSincerity we've received.
We were originally very pleased with the service that we received. Mr. Wiebe was thoughtful and considerate. The reason for this negative rating is we were lied to about the treatment of our daughter.We lost our daughter to SIDS on July 29th 2013. We were informed by the coroner that they would be keeping samples of her eyes, brain, and spinal cord for further testing, but the rest of her was being released. We wanted to wait until we received all of her for cremation to proceed. We were assured that she was intact and that she could be cremated. I received a phone call in 2014 stating that they were releasing the retained samples and asking where they should be sent. While unhappy about the lie, it was not the coroner's fault. I gave them the name of the funeral home and waited for a call. It has been three years and we have not received the rest of our daughter. I doubt we ever will. I understand that given the length of wait, it was unfeasible to wait so that everything was cremated at once, and I would have happily paid a second fee if necessary for the samples. As it is, I will not allow any of my family to use their services again.
