Dr. Chu is an excellent Dr., and surgeon. He is very knowledgeable, and good at what he does. I would highly recommend Dr. Chu for anyone looking for an Ophthalmologist.
Had eye lid surgery. No pain and quickly done. BUT I was not given head protection such as headband or cotton batten to contain all the blood. Left with very bloody eyelids and blood caked hair. Told to be very careful with stitches so too afraid to clean eyes and wash hair so ended up with hard dried blood on eyelids. The other concern is one eyelid was cut higher than the other so looks rather odd when I open eyes. All in all I would suggest a person go to a cosmetic surgeon.
Great Dr but scheduling appalling. Wont be out of there under 2 hours- 1 hr 55 minutes of waiting- even with first appointment.
Wasted my time. He was unprepared for my high prescription.
I have had eye problems for years. All the ophthalmologists I visited could not suggest a solution. I heard positive feedback for Dr. Chu and decided to see him. I find Dr. Chu very professional and knowledgeable as well as caring. He was able to diagnose my eye problem and correct it. A big thank you to Dr. Chu and his staff who are all helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Chu to anybody.
