When our beautiful boy Junior passed away we were heart broken.. walking out of the vets office that terrible evening and not having our boy follow us out was extremely difficult. I wanted to know where Junior was going, who was cremating him... would it be done properly, would they treat him with respect. Our vet gave me the number for Paws To Remember where I spoke with Annette and Terry. They treated us with respect and care. They assured my fiance and I that they will take good care of Junior. The beautiful card together with Junior's ashes we received really reflected that Paws To Remember truly cares and understands how difficult it is to lose a fur baby. Thank You Annette and Terry.
We were so grateful to have the service of Paws to Remember after losing our our beloved dog. Thier compassion, empathy and professionalism provided us with the invaluable peace of mind that our dog would be handled with respect and dignity. The bag, card and container we received reflected this care and respect. Thank you.
I want to express how thankful I am to everyone who works at 'paws to remember' for my giving my sweet, beloved, best friend Spiffy the dignity and respect he deserved, during such a sensitive time. The care and dignity that you provided for Spiff is far and few between. Not only did your driver, Jarrod return to the clinic to pick up Spiffys remains, you delivered them the next day, so that I could go home to Karma, Meesha, Calvin and hobbes with our beloved Spiff. I would also like to say thank you to Terry for returning our calls promptly and respectfully. You have all made this process go a lot easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Love Nadia and Natasha Critchfield (and Spiffy too)

When Bonnie, a Pedigree English Labrador, became ill - I was out of the Country in the UK. I am lucky that she was with someone who took great care of her, took her to the vet of my choice and ensured that all that could be done for her was done. But I was touched by the card, with her paw print in it, which I discovered six months later. Thank you Fraser Valley Animal Hospital and Paws to remember.
