I had an appointment with the owner for a haircut and had specified when I made the appointment that I would only have 1 hr and 15 mins as I had to pick up my daughter from camp afterwards (I have short hair and only needed a trim so this was very doable). When I got there the owner was busy with another client. I waited 15 minutes, then asked the girl at the desk how much longer it was going to be since I only had an hour left until I needed to leave. She had no clue and the owner was still working on her other clients foils so I left. Very disappointed - I really needed a cut and will not have the time to get one now until next month. I will definitely not be returning and if youre a busy mom I suggest you find another salon that respects your time.
Lindsay is fantastic! She took the time to hear what I was looking for and teach me how to do my hair. I really appreciate her and will definitely be back.
I always enjoy my experience here. I feel so special and well taken care of. The stylists are all fantastic and answer all my hair care needs. I never have to wait long and my hair feels fresh, rejuvenated, and absolutely flawless. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is in need new look and wants to be pampered. You will not regret it.

I love this salon! My hair always looks so fantastic when I come in for a hair appointment and I leave feeling so pampered. The staff are wonderful and attentive and the owner is so professional. You can tell she really knows what's she's doing. I also love all the Spa treatments. I have had massages, facials, pedicures, manicures and I keep coming back for more! Definitely check out the Loft Hair studio out everyone, you won't regret it.
